By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
3) Eligibility; Accounts & Security
You must be at least 18 to use the Site. If you create an account, you’re responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4) License & Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your own business purposes.
You agree not to:
Violate any law or third-party rights;
Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
Attempt to access the Site or systems without authorization;
Interfere with security or operation of the Site;
Scrape, index, or harvest data except as expressly permitted;
Reverse engineer or create derivative works from the Site.
5) Subscriptions, Orders & Billing
Fees, terms, and deliverables (if any) are defined in your order form, checkout page, or written agreement with us. Unless otherwise stated:
Subscriptions auto-renew for successive terms until canceled.
You authorize our payment processor to charge all applicable fees, taxes, and late amounts.
Fees are non-refundable for the current term except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment.
6) Third-Party Services & Integrations
The Site may link to or integrate with third-party tools (e.g., CRM, email/SMS, scheduling, analytics, payment). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.
7) User Content & Feedback
If you submit content (e.g., text, files, form inputs), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, use, reproduce, display, and create derivative works as needed to operate the Site and deliver services. You represent you have all rights to the content you submit.
If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation.
8) Mobile (SMS/Text) Terms
By opting in on the Site or texting a keyword to our number, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from Back Office Boost regarding your inquiries, account, product updates, and (if you opt in) marketing/promotions.
Consent & frequency: Opt-in required; consent is not a condition of purchase. Recurring messages; frequency varies.
Costs: Msg & data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Text STOP to cancel; we may send a one-time confirmation.

Privacy: We do not sell or share mobile numbers for third-party marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Recognized keywords: START, YES, JOIN (opt-in); STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT (opt-out); HELP, INFO (assistance).

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information.
10) Intellectual Property
The Site and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Back Office Boost or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license in Section 4, no rights are granted. All trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of their respective owners.

Content provided via the Site is for informational purposes only and is not legal, tax, financial, or compliance advice. You should consult your own professional advisors.
12) Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT/FEATURES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
13) Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BACK OFFICE BOOST AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE—EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR ACCESS TO THE SITE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF NO SUCH PAYMENTS WERE MADE).
14) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Back Office Boost and our owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
15) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, including where we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnities) will survive termination.
16) Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute shall be the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
17) Export & Sanctions Compliance
You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national/resident of any country or party subject to U.S. embargoes or sanctions and that you will comply with applicable export and sanctions laws.
18) Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, internet/hosting failures, government actions, or supply-chain disruptions.
19) Miscellaneous
These Terms (plus any order form or separate written agreement you have with us) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede prior understandings. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
